Agnieszka Maksimik collaborates with her subjects to create portraits. She aims to capture individuality of the person that she photographs. Her idea is to represent the body, beauty and romanticism. The locations for her portraits are usually in the nature, where the subject can reveal something personal. Agnieszka uses natural light in order to give a romantic feel to her images. She works on a heavy and time-consuming large format camera. The process is long and it allows her to bring out the sensitivity of her subjects.
She uses a film plate for vibrant colours and a maximum detail.
